Hoggard FCA
Hoggard's FCA will be hosting a ''fifth quarter'' on Friday, February 3rd after Hoggard's basketball game in the gym. Matt Blair will be playing praise and worship music and Dave Davies, founder of Halo Hoops will be speaking. There is free admission after the third quarter of the basketball game. The program will start directly after the basketball game approximately around 9 pm or 9:30 pm and last for about an hour.

Passion For Purity
Passion for Purity ''Sex Gone Wild'' is a teen event on Sunday, February 12th from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Wilmington Convention Center (10 Convention Center Dr) that will educate and enlighten local teens on the dangers of having premarital sex in a world where sex is out of control. The guest speaker is Pam Stenzel, who will be doing a faith based teaching on purity and abstinence. There is free seating. There is a need for funding to complete this project & checks can be made out to Broken Bread Fellowship, 6101 Orange Street, Castle Hayne, NC, 28429. The five Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Wilmington Area will host a “Date Night” for fathers and daughters on Thursday, February 9th from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. During this special evening, fathers and daughters are encouraged to spend some time together while they enjoy dinner, great conversation and several special activities. Seatings are available every hour, and reservations are required by going to www.daddydaughterdate.com to make a reservation. The event is free to attend, except for the cost of food. Every Daddy-Daughter pair will also receive an activity sheet with questions and topics to get the conversation started, and a take-home booklet called “Continuing the Conversation” that provides ideas for future dates and questions that both dads and daughters can ask each other.
